At Beach-Street, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of any sale items marked as final sale. Exchanges can be made at the discretion of our customer concierge team based on product availability. These returns and exchanges can only be made for Beach-Street products purchased at www.beach-street.asia. If your item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, please return the item to the location where it was purchased.

Refunds for items returned within 30 days from the date of purchase will be made in the form of the original payment, less expedited shipping costs.
Please note that any returns of products with adverse reactions require additional processing time and completion of data collection forms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Please note that it can take up to 10 working days to process returns or exchanges. Processing time may be extended within 6 weeks of the site-wide promotion period due to high volumes. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items.
All exchanges are final transactions and are not eligible for additional exchanges or returns.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, must not be altered, and must contain at least 50% of the product. Any promotional items or free gifts with purchase must also be returned. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not returned complete with its original packaging.
We will process one return per order, meaning that if your order contains more than one item and you wish to return or exchange more than one item, they must be processed simultaneously. We accept up to three individual returns or exchanges within a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you can make another return or exchange after 365 days have passed.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/FALSE GOODS
Once your order arrives, please check for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we hope you will give us the opportunity to repair it. Please contact us within 24 hours of your package arriving so that damage claims can be processed through the transportation company. Please do not remove or destroy any part of the packaging, box, or product, or we will not be able to assist you with a return or exchange.

DEFECTIVE GOODS
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are outside of our returns period, and your product turns out to be faulty, please contact us for assistance. Please remember that our products are meant to be used daily and last up to 90 days to ensure they perform as expected. We reserve the right to refuse or reject returns or exchanges of products purchased more than 90 days ago.
